By checking the agreement checkbox at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Each reading is generated using AI technology based on traditional Korean saju methodology. Reports are delivered as PDF files to the email address you provide at checkout.
Born Decoded readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, or career advice.

Saju is a traditional interpretive framework, not a scientifically validated method. Results are generated by AI and should be understood as one perspective among many. Readings do not predict the future, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase.
Because your reading is a personalized digital product and production begins immediately upon payment, refunds are not available once your order is placed.

Readings are typically delivered to your email within 10 minutes of purchase. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to processing volume or technical factors.
If you have not received your reading within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at borndecoded@gmail.com.
You are responsible for providing accurate birth information (name, date of birth, birth time if applicable). Readings generated from incorrect input data cannot be corrected or refunded.
For Compatibility Readings, you confirm that you have the consent of the second person whose birth data you submit.
All content generated by Born Decoded, including report text, design, images, and branding, is the property of Born Decoded. You may share your reading for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., sharing your Saju Card on social media). You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute readings for commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Born Decoded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: If informal resolution is not successful, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
